Florida State Board of Professional Engineers. Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board, State Certified Electrical Contractor. Jose Caymares is a founding president of Caymares Martin A&E Design. A native of Camaguey, Cuba he did his early studies in Cuba and he later moved to Florida in 1998 with his wife Olenia Martin and together they started a very successful Architectural and Engineering design practice.
Olenia Martin
Vice-President
One of the principal founders and Vice President of Caymares Martin A&E Design, Inc. She received her Bachelors of Architecture in 1991 from Camaguey University, Cuba. In 1998 She moved to Florida with her family where she started Caymares Martin A &E Design, Inc. which is a very successful and prominent architectural and engineering design company located in Miami, Florida. Olenia has been an integral part of the Company’s design team and has participated in all of the Company’s signature projects.
Carmen T. Diaz

Carmen is professionally registered as an architect in the State of Florida. In her 15 years of experience she has concentrated in the design of Commercial and Multifamily projects. Education: Bachelor of Architecture, (Honors) Florida Atlantic University, 2008 Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Florida International university, 2000 Associate in Arts, (Honors), Miami Dade College, 1997 Professional Registration Registered Architect, State of Florida (AR 96290).

As office manager Lidia oversees all office daily activities and production. Lidia has over 29 years of experience in the design of buildings and facilities including the following: multi-family buildings, hotels, commercial buildings, custom residential, high rise buildings, hospitals, multi-family housing, office buildings, parking garages, restaurants, shopping centers.
